- 72 Residents from the local area surrounding Croke Park
- Presentation by Community Liaison Officer – street /road closures for Garth Brooks Concert, community fund reopening, etc.
- Presentation by An Garda Superintendent – evacuation routes, division of the policing area
Dublin City Council Waste Management
- Wash cart on duty to clean up after any anti-social behaviour
- Manned desk to take any issues arising – ASAP – Crew will be on call 6am-2am
- Extra litter bins – 50-barrel bins
- Urinating in the streets not to be tolerated – gardai to enforce a zero tolerance
- 3 Extra Portaloo stations to be in place

- 3pm hard lockdown (Inner cordon)
- From 10.15pm no access for egress each night
- Zero tolerance to urinating on the street
- Residents’ car pass - all gardai working the event to be briefed in full
- Extra visitors pass to be available on request for Fitzgibbon St. or email [email protected]
- Pedestrian access of visitors to residents to be communicated to all Gardai by email
Issues Arising
- Clean up on St. Margaret’s Avenue not being done
- No active resident’s association
- Sewage issue
- Lack of facilities since Conliffe College closed
- Rear of portaloos noisy and smelly
- Security – not enough Gardaí
- Parking tickets on residents’ cars – car passes to be displayed
- Access for shift workers
- Access to roads
- Why is Belvedere Road not included in the cordon
- Ballybough road – cones are out from 7am
- Access to the handball centre – rent charges
- Residents parking signs to be considered
- Right hand turns onto Whitworth place for residents from Dorset Street/Drumcondra Road Lower
- Residents’ subcommittee/working group to be set up – process for application to be decided
- Apartments not getting leaflets
- Improved communication
