It is intended to inform you of how the Personal Information provided in this local community residents survey that is being conducted online through MS Forms, will be used, by whom and for what purposes.

Who is the Data Controller?
Croke Park is the Data Controller of the Personal Data contained on this community survey form.
What is the purpose of processing my Personal Data?
The purpose for processing your Personal Data is to process the local community feedback provided to the stadium in this form regarding Croke Park event days. It will be used as appropriate in the further development of stadium plans to lessen the impact of events on the local community area.
Who will have access to my Personal Data?
Your Personal Data can be accessed by the Croke Park Community team to process your feedback to the stadium. When appropriate, specific feedback may also be shared with key event day partners of the stadium including Aiken Promotions, An Garda Siochana and Dublin City Council Waste Management Services, to help further develop event day plans for the 2022 season.
Where is your Personal Data stored?
Your personal data will be stored electronically on Croke Park’s Microsoft Office 365 environment.
How long will your Personal Data be stored for?
Your Personal Data will be held for 3 months.
I would like a copy of my Personal Data – how can I obtain this?
You have the right to request a copy of all your Personal Data and can do so by contacting us. This information will be provided to you within one month and will be provided free of charge.
What are my privacy rights relating to my Personal Data?
You have the right to have your Personal Data updated, rectified, or deleted if you so wish. You can do so by contacting us.
