The Ibec Keep Well Summit is an event designed to help organisations embed health and wellbeing into their corporate culture in a way that enhances the mental, social and physical wellbeing and productivity of their staff. It was held in Croke Park in 2018 and returned in 2019 to the flagship Hogan Suite & Foyer. Approximately 350 delegates, primarily HR professionals, attended from a wide variety of businesses.

The event was set up cabaret style with 15 exhibitors in the foyer area. Innovative exhibitors included custom-made smoothie bikes and a Fitbit treadmill for delegates to work up an appetite!

Specific Requirements & Solutions

• Catering - A clear objective of the client was to create a totally bespoke nutritious food offering in keeping with the theme of the event. The catering team worked directly with the client to ensure that every element of the food service responded to the brief to craft innovative, healthy options from local suppliers, where possible.
• Private Breakfast Briefing – Ibec wanted to use a separate briefing space close to the main stage. An adjacent level 6 suite with direct lift access worked perfectly as a segway space for parallel briefings.
• Set Up Access – Detailed exhibition build designs were required along with early access for large exhibitor equipment rigs and extensive staging and backdrops.
• WiFi – High speed Wifi connectivity was critical for exhibitors, delegates and event organisers with a focus on social media throughout the day and Croke Park’s HD WiFi network could guarantee this for all stakeholders.
