A Taste of Croke Park

Seasonal, Sustainable, Sensational

From breakfast meetings to conferences and bespoke fine dining, our catering team is passionate about bringing you food that not only tastes sensational, but is seasonal and sustainable too.

At Croke Park, we’re committed to using fresh ingredients, locally sourced. All of our menus are now seasonal, which means putting local produce at the heart of each dish, creating exceptional meals from the nourishing produce growing around us.

Depending on the time of your event, you’ll choose from our Spring/Summer menus or our Autumn/Winter menus. No matter which menu you’re choosing from, every single dish has a carbon ‘foodprint’ score, plus details of all allergens, so that your choice is always an informed one.

Seasonally inspired, locally acquired.

We’re proud to say that 85% of all ingredients on our new menus are sourced from the island of Ireland. Better again, 70% are actually sourced from within just 50 miles of the stadium. This is our proudest food achievement to date, as it has allowed us to create our exciting and ground-breaking 50 Mile Menu.

Our 50 Mile Menu

It’s now possible to build your entire event menu from our 50 Mile Menu offering! All 50 Mile Menu dishes come with a guarantee that every single ingredient used has been sourced within 50 miles of the stadium, including from Croke Park’s own farm. In terms of flavour, it doesn’t get fresher than this. And in terms of sustainability, it doesn’t get better than this either.

Carbon Foodprint

We all know we need to reduce our carbon footprint, but when ordering off a menu, it can be hard to understand the impact of your choices. Together with our on-site catering partners, Aramark, we’re changing the game by giving you the ability to calculate the carbon footprint of your menu choices.

Using Aramark’s ‘Foodprint’ labelling system, all menu items now come with a carbon impact score. This score gives you the knowledge you need to plan an environmentally conscious event.

The Croke Park Farm

Did you know that in 2018 we bought our own farm in North County Dublin?

Initially, it was solely used to grow our own turf for pitch quality and control. However, having farmland presents new sustainability opportunities for our menus, which we’ve embraced by starting to grow our own fruit and herbs.

Through a collaboration with Fingal Beekeepers’ Association, we also have beehives on the farm producing the most incredible tasting local honey. Literally a taste of Croke Park!

It’s all on a small scale for now, but watch this space...

Ruairi Boyce & His Team

Our Executive Chef, Ruairi, brings brilliance and beautiful food to Croke Park every day of the week. His passion is matched only by the that of his extraordinarily talented team at Aramark. Together, they’re changing the face of stadium food, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible both in terms of event catering and sustainable menus.

By bringing our 50 Mile Menu concept to life, this award-winning team has redefined the meaning of locally sourced ingredients. They’re constantly exploring new ideas and discovering new artisan suppliers, putting our stadium kitchen at the heart of our local farming community.
