From bowl food and conference breaks to designing highly bespoke fine dining, our catering team, led by Executive Chef Ruairí Boyce, work passionately to provide an exceptional catering experience.

Ruairí says "there’s one golden thread linking everything we do - the provenance of our product. It’s all sourced as locally as possible from suppliers with whom we’re on first name terms. Farm to fork may be a bit of a gastronomic cliché but it’s the aspiration and inspiration for all we do."

Our menus are designed to complement every occasion and we love to work with clients to create your own fully customised dining experience.  

Wholesome, nutritious and delicious, our range of menus takes you from breakfast, through working lunches to canapé and bespoke dinner options and features new Healthy Options designed by chef Cian Irwin to feed body and mind. Stadium Street Food and Bowl Food menus bring alternative service styles and Dinner menus offer an innovative selection using the very finest ingredients. Breakfast features a choice of full buffet breakfast, plated Irish breakfast or continental buffet. We also have an exciting range of break options to choose from to enhance your event breaks including protein balls, cookies, scones, doughnuts, fresh smoothies, juices, fruits, teas and coffee.

Working Lunches

Designed to facilitate networkers and workaholics our popular working lunch options feature wholesome soups, a selection of wraps, malted breads and pretzel rolls with delicious filling and main dish options such as quiches and salads followed by teas and coffee.

Seated and Buffet Lunches

Choose from Cloughjordan Hereford Braised Beef, Wexford Lamb, West Cork Chicken or North Atlantic Salmon – just some of the main options served buffet style with your choice of two salads and a delectable desserts. Or, make a meal of it with our delicious two and three course seated lunch options. All followed by a selection of teas and coffee.

Canapés, Bowl & Finger Food

Canapés are delicate bites from the best of Irish to delight discerning palates and offer the perfect accompaniment to an evening drinks reception. Bowl food options are served in individual bowls ideal for informal food occasions and can be enjoyed from the palm of your hand - a one fork wonder! And finally, our finger food is packed with flavour and ideal for when you need to organise a tasty bite but not a full meal.

Buffet & Fine Dining

Our dinner menus are ideal for celebratory and more formal occasions. Be seated, relax and enjoy a three or four course meal from the options below followed by tea or coffee. For less formal occasions, choose from our range of buffet dinner menus.

Stadium Street Food

An alternative to BBQ menus and inspired by our stadium concourse walkways, stadium street food options are ideally served outdoors and feature Paella, Pork Belly Pad Thai or Street Flamed Poussin! With catering as customisable as our campus, if it’s not on the menu, we’re happy to make it just for you!
