At Croke Park Meetings & Events we are flexible by nature. We adapt to fit your needs.

The venue offers over 4,300 sq.m of bright airy spaces which make them perfect for exhibitions and trade events. Ample free on-site parking and ease of access make it particularly suitable for organisers, exhibitors and attendees.

Our on-site events team will help you with every aspect of your exhibition services, from basics of power and HD WiFi connectivity through to more bespoke requirements. Our dedicated team of service professionals will liaise with your exhibition organiser enabling you to focus on what is important to you – your customer.

Planning

Planning is the key to success, whether you are organising or exhibiting, and we want to ensure your event is brilliant!

Our team will provide all the information you need to plan your event, including multiple furniture options, power availability and dedicated HD WiFi networks for exhibitors and guests.

We work with the best suppliers who can provide exhibition shell scheme stand systems, branding and additional furniture hire for your event. Your event manager would be delighted to share supplier contact details with you.

We encourage you to share our Event Safety Policy with all suppliers in advance.

Spaces

Our event spaces are second to none with facilities boasting more flexibility and natural daylight than any other venue in Ireland.  Whatever the scale of your event, these exceptional facilities can be tailored to your specific requirements. 

Our flagship event space, the Hogan Suite, offers 5.4-metre-high ceilings and is just one of over 110 spaces ensuring there’s an option to suit your exhibition or tradeshow.

On arrival, each exhibition stand will be set-up to the agreed floorplan ready for you to start your build.

We can arrange furniture, AV equipment, power, and hard-wired lines for your booth. Please contact the exhibition organiser in advance to request any additional requirements for your booth.

Dedicated event car parking is available onsite and access for large load-in can be arranged with your event manager.

Availability of advance storage options must be discussed and booked in advance.

Croke Park is 15-minute drive from Dublin Airport, a top-5 transatlantic hub and only 5 minutes from the city centre. We provide up to 600 free parking spaces – the only venue to offer this in Dublin – and lots of bike parking too!

You can choose to stay in any of the top hotels nearby including The Croke Park conveniently located directly opposite the Hogan Stand entrance on Jones Road.

Your Exhibition Floor Plan

Our team of event specialists will guide you through the event design process. With your input, we will create a bespoke 3D floorplan for your exhibition drawing on our years of experience and making it work for your event.  This gives you an easily sharable resource for suppliers, exhibitors and sponsors.

Exhibitor Parking

Free parking available in both the Davin and Cusack carparks. To ensure you arrive at the most convenient carpark, please note their locations relative to the part of the stadium in which your event is taking place.

Hogan Stand Parking

Hogan Stand Parking

For those attending events in the Hogan Stand - free parking is conveniently located in the Davin Carpark, off the North Circular Road via St. Margaret’s Avenue. A pedestrian access gate from the carpark, brings you out onto the bridge on Jones Road where you are a less than 50m from the main Hogan Stand entrance.

Cusack Stand Parking

Cusack Stand Parking

For those attending events in the Cusack Stand, free parking is available in the Cusack Carpark which is accessed via St. Joseph’s Avenue, off Clonliffe Road. Once parked, you will be in the shadow of our famous stadium and only meters from the dedicated Meetings & Events entrance to the left of the GAA Museum.
