AI Stadium Assistant
Your data may be processed via AI chatbots, including via The Croke Park Stadium Assistant chatbot. This is a generative-AI-based chatbot using natural language processing and is built on secure, proprietary Microsoft Azure OpenAI technology. It's purpose is to improve your stadium experience by acting as an interactive information service. With respect to your personal data, use of this chatbot has very limited impact. During events, when you interact with it, it may indirectly identify your location in the stadium, and because it interfaces with your phone, it will temporarily process your IP address. You will always have the choice to interact with the chatbot.
Additionally, we may run competitions from time to time via the chatbot and if you opt to take part, we will process your full name, phone number and email address. This is solely for the purpose of administering the competition as outlined in the General Competitions Terms & Competitions. Processing your data in the context of administering the competition means managing entries, contacting participants if they may win and fulfilling prizes. Our lawful basis for collecting your data in this context is legitimate interests, namely our need to run the competition, fairly, effectively and transparently.
