Important Information

Sunday July 26th:

We will be closed to the public to accommodate matches taking place in the stadium. We will open at 13:00 until 15:30 for match day patrons only.

 

Monday July 27th and Tuesday July 28th:

Due to children’s activity days taking place in Croke Park on Monday July 27th and Tuesday July 28th, the entry point to the museum for tours has changed to the following:

  • Please use Davin car Park, access from St Margarets Avenue, from the North Circular Road.
  • Please see area marked in yellow on map below.
  • From the car park, signage will be in place to show patrons to the museum.
  • You will need to walk around level 3 of the stadium, down to the museum and stewards/security will be visible in high vis jackets to direct you.
  • Anyone with accessibility needs can be dropped to the A10 gate, accessed from St Joseph’s Avenue but please call the museum to arrange access prior to your visit. 018192323.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour is due to depart.

The GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) is Ireland’s largest sporting organisation. It represents our unique national games of hurling and Gaelic football and is celebrated as one of the world’s greatest amateur sporting associations. More than just a stadium, Croke Park is the home of Gaelic Games and it holds a special place in the hearts and minds of Irish people.

Immerse yourself in Irish culture with a visit to the GAA Museum. Choose from the Croke Park Stadium Tour where you’ll discover the history of Ireland’s national sports and walk in the footsteps of the players, or why not learn all about Dublin from 17 storeys high on the Kellogg’s Skyline Tour? Both tours include access to the GAA Museum and interactive games zone. Booking in advance is advisable. Please note visitors must be 12 years of age or older to take a Kellogg’s Skyline tour.

Under eighteens must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the GAA Museum and on tours.

Getting Here Is Easy

However you choose to get here, it's important to note that all tours start from the GAA Museum in the Cusack Stand, which is located off Clonliffe Road - turn onto St. Joseph’s Avenue at the Daybreak convenience store.

Please note there is no access to the GAA Museum from the Hogan Stand or Jones Road.
