Go Silver Service

A delicious three-course sit-down meal, beautifully plated and served to your guests at a time of your choosing. When you go silver service, your meal will always include a starter, main course, dessert, a selection of freshly baked breads and tea/coffee. This is the perfect choice for when you want to sit back, relax and enjoy great food with great company.
 
 

Go Buffet

When you go buffet, you’ll be offered three buffet menus to choose from.  Each menu offers you the choice of two hot mains courses. You can choose to serve one or both mains, depending on what suits you and your guests best. If you decide to serve both, there’s an €8 supplement on the menu price. Each buffet menu also includes a selection of delicious sides and desserts.

What’s the difference between the three menus?

The difference is in what your guests have when they arrive, with three options allowing you to cater to your crowd:
 

  • Buffet Menu A includes a more substantial platter of meat and cheese or seafood on arrival.
  • Buffet Menu B includes soup and hot sandwiches on arrival. 
  • Buffet Menu C includes a selection of snacks on arrival e.g. nuts or nachos.

 
Don’t forget that the buffet option also includes a dedicated staff member to serve the meal to your guests. 

 

Your Tasty Extras

Regardless of what menu you choose, you can also add on some tasty extras to make the occasion just right!

 

Dietary Requirements

It goes without saying that dietary requirements can be catered for in your Suite, we just ask you to outline them at the time of booking. It also goes without saying that you’ll always have a dedicated staff member to look after you and your guests when dining in your Suite.

Your Bar, Your Way

With each menu, you can choose one of the following bar options:

  • Menu only, no bar.  
  • Menu, including a bar with house wine, beer, house spirts and soft drinks. This option doesn’t include bubbles, cocktails, premium spirits, premium mixers or premium wines.
  • Tab bar. A tab bar is charged based on consumption and the total will be invoiced out to you after the match or concert, separate to your dining.
  • Tab bar only, with no dining included.

   

Your Cost Guide

Each menu has a ‘Menu Only’ price or a ‘Menu, Including Bar’ price.
Prices are always quoted per person and are exclusive of VAT.
 

Please Note

In-suite dining must be booked for the maximum capacity of your Suite e.g. if your Suite holds 12 people, you need to book catering for a minimum of 12.
