The comfort and wellbeing of all visitors, supporters and guests of Croke Park is our priority.

We want to make your experience of our stadium as comfortable and enjoyable as the event itself.

The Stadium 

The stadium has four main stands – they are the Cusack, Davin, Hogan, and Dineen (Hill 16). The Cusack, Davin and Hogan stands are fully seated and have both lower and upper tiers. The Dineen (Hill 16) stand is a terraced area and is standing only. It is recommended (where possible) that patrons with accessible or additional needs purchase tickets for the lower Cusack Stand.

Accessible Seating - wheelchair users:

  • Wheelchair spaces are located on Level 4 on the Cusack and Davin Stands. These areas are accessible by lifts and ramps and are sheltered from the rain.
  • All seats have access to toilet, bar and snack bar facilities.
  • Stewards will direct spectators to nearby lifts as appropriate.
  • Please note that the entrance for all wheelchair users with public level tickets is through the A2 gate at the Cusack Stand turnstiles.

Accessible Seating - non wheelchair users:

Patrons who have accessible or special needs requirements but do not require the use of a wheelchair are advised (where possible) to purchase tickets for the Lower Cusack stand.

Upon arriving at the stadium, patrons who cannot enter via the turnstiles should contact the Accessibility team located at the A2 gate on the Cusack side of the stadium or if your tickets are for the Hogan or Davin stands , contact the team at the Premium entrance at the Hogan stand.

Tickets

How To Get Here:

Our central location in Dublin 3, is within easy reach of the city centre, Dublin Airport and Dublin port. Excellent public transport links for local and national bus and rail services, along with a limited number of parking spaces. Our proximity to the M50 motorway, provides access to Ireland’s motorway network – connecting all major urban centres nationwide.

There are a limited number of car parking spaces for patrons with accessible needs onsite in Croke Park. Spectators with accessibility parking requirements must apply for accessible parking passes. Further details on the accessible parking and applying for a pass can be found here.

Drop-off Points:

There are a number of drop-off points around the stadium, see map below.

Please follow the directions of Gardaí & Stewards located at the drop-off points. Please be cognisant of local residents and other drivers when dropping off an older person / person with accessibility needs.

Entry Points:

Cusack Stand Tickets:

  • Entry to the Cusack stand is via the following routes:
    • St. James Avenue
    • Foster Terrace (Shorter Route)
  • The A2 gate located between turnstile blocks C&D on the Cusack stand can accommodate entry for patrons who have accessible needs or who cannot enter via a turnstile. A member of the Accessible team will be located here and available to assist.
  • There is both ramp and step access to the Upper & Lower Cusack Stand.
  • There is a lift on the Cusack side, but please note there can be long delays. Also, in the unlikely event of an emergency the lifts will not be in operation and patrons will need to use the ramp walking route to exit. The Accessible team can facilitate lift use if required.

Hogan Stand Tickets:

  • Entry to the Hogan stand is via the following routes:
    • Clonliffe Road / Jones Road
    • Russel Street / North Circular Road (Shorter route)
  • The Hogan Premium entrance located between turnstile blocks F&G on the Hogan stand can accommodate entry for patrons who have accessible needs or who cannot enter via a turnstile. A member of the Accessible team will be located here and available to assist.
  • There is step access to the Lower Hogan and ramp access from the Lower to the Upper Hogan.
  • There is a lift on the Hogan side, but please note there can be long delays. Also, in the unlikely event of an emergency the lifts will not be in operation and patrons will need to use the ramp walking route to exit. The Accessible team can facilitate lift use if required.
Davin Stand Tickets:
  • Entry to the Davin stand is via the following route:
    • St. Margaret’s Avenue / North Circular Road
  • The Davin Stand has a specific entry gate which can accommodate entry for patrons who have accessible needs or who cannot enter via a turnstile. The Turnstile Supervisor will be located here and available to assist.
  • There is step access only to the Lower & Upper Davin. There are no ramps or lifts in the Davin stand.
Hill 16 & Nally Tickets:
  • Entry to the Hill 16 Terrace is via the following route:
    • St. Josephs Avenue
  • Entry to the Nally Terrace is via the following route:
    • Jones Road
  • Both Hill 16 & the Nally Terrace have specific entry gates which can accommodate entry for patrons who have accessible needs or who cannot enter via a turnstile. The Turnstile Supervisor will be located here and available to assist.
  • There is step access only to Hill 16 and the Nally Terrace. There are no ramps or lifts in either terrace.
  • Both Hill 16 & the Nally Terrace are standing areas only with no seats available.

Accessibility Team:

For all match days in the stadium, our specialised Accessibility Team are onsite. They are a team of specially trained health professionals and are happy to assist any of our patrons with accessibiity needs on events days. They are positioned at the Cusack A2 gate (Between Block C & D turnstiles) and the Hogan Premium entrance on Jones Road. They wear blue bibs and are happy to help patrons to their seats if additional assistance is required. Any of our stewards can call the team if special assistance is required.

Our Customer Care team are also located throughout the stadium on match days, they wear pink bibs and are available to answer any queries you may have.

Our voluntary stewards are also available throughout the stadium and can answer queries and help as required. They can be identified by the yellow and orange bibs.

Age Friendly Stadium:

Croke Park Stadium are delighted to be working with Age Friendly Ireland to become the world’s first “Age Friendly Stadium”. A number of measures have been taken to ensure the stadium is welcoming for older people to attend our games, for example:

  • Older person concession tickets available in both the Cusack & Davin stands for a number of games.
  • Accessible seating available in a number of locations
  • Accessible parking for older persons with mobility access requirements
  • Dedicated drop off points for Older persons (see above)
  • Specially trained Accessible team located throughout the stadium
  • Enhanced visibility of steps in the seated area
  • Special tour rates available in the GAA Museum (for non-match days)

Medical Assistance:

Should you require medical assistance at anytime during your visit, please contact any member of the stewarding and staff team immediately. There are a number of highly trained medical professionals onsite including doctors, paramedics and first aiders. First Aid posts are located in the following areas:

  • Lower Cusack - Section 313
  • Lower Hogan - Section 333
  • Upper Cusack - Section 702
  • Upper Hogan - Section 724
  • Hill - Section A
There are also a number of roving medical teams throughout the stadium who are available to assist.

Seating Concerts

Wheelchair spaces

There will be a purpose built raised wheelchair platform on the pitch. Please contact Ticketmaster Acccesibility Hotline on 0818 903001 to enquire regarding wheelchair accessible tickets in advance of attending the event. Please note that there is a capacity limit in this area so wheelchair accessible tickets are required to access the wheelchair platform and the platform operates a strict 1+1 Policy.

Accessible seating (if not in a wheelchair but have accessible needs)

  • There will be a designated viewing area and accessible facilities for your use. These seats will be located in the Lower Cusack Stand and have been confirmed as the most accessible to lifts, toilets etc.
  • Please contact Ticketmaster Accessibility Hotline on 0818 903001 to exchange your tickets for accessible tickets.
  • Please note that space in this area is limited so please make contact in advance to enable Ticketmaster to assist accordingly. Should you have any further non ticket related accessibility queries please contact the promoter directly.
  • All seats have access to toilet, bar and snack bar facilities.
  • Stewards will direct spectators to nearby lifts as appropriate.
