Concerts at Croke Park

Not only has Croke Park witnessed epic sporting battles on the pitch, we’ve also played host to a who’s who of international rock and pop acts - performing sell-out shows to hundreds of thousands of music lovers, travelling from all over the world during the summer months.

Musical icons such as Tina Turner; Bon Jovi; The Police; Neil Diamond and Westlife have all entertained the crowds beneath the Dublin skyline and more recently – U2, Coldplay, Beyoncé, Bruce Springsteen, Ed Sheeran, Take That and One Direction have wowed a capacity arena with their performances.

Michael Bublé

In July 2018, Michael Bublé made his long awaited return to the stage at Croke Park. The King Of Cool put on a show to remember in front of 70,000 fans.

Taylor Swift

In June 2018, Taylor Swift brought her Reputation Tour to Croke Park for two nights, becoming only the fourth female act to play the venue, and the first female act to play twice.

The Rolling Stones

In May 2018, Croke Park was chosen as the venue to kick start the European tour of legendary Rock 'n' Roll band The Rolling Stones. Fans were treated so some classics as well as some lesser heard gems, with Mick Jagger and the boys playing an energetic set that had the crowd bouncing and singing their hearts out.

U2

In July 2017 U2 returned to Croke Park on the 30th anniversary of the original The Joshua Tree Tour. Fans were treated to hits from the 1987 album include Where The Streets Have No Name, I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For, and With Or Without You.

Coldplay

In July 2017 Coldplay played to a sold out crowd in Croke Park on their A Head Full Of Dreams Tour. Fans were treated to a mix of new releases along with classic hits such as "Fix You" and "Yellow". The crowd wore Xylobands (light-emitting wristbands) synced to the music and Croke Park never looked so spectacular!

Beyoncé

On Saturday 9th July 2016 Beyoncé took The Formation World Tour to Croke Park. In front of a spectacular stage, Beyoncé treated more than 80,000 fans to over two hours of her impressive catalogue of hits coupled with a performance full of energy and passion.

Bruce Springsteen

In May 2016 Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band played two sold out concerts at Croke Park. Fans were treated to Springsteen's trademark energetic performance over the course of two beautiful Dublin summer evenings, with Croke Park providing the perfect backdrop for the legendary rocker and the E Street Band.

The Dublin trio performed the biggest gig of their career to date to a hometown crowd of adoring fans on a balmy evening in June 2015.

Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran's 2 night sell-out shows in Summer 2015 in Croke Park were a highlight on the Croke Park calendar attracting critical acclaim for his performances. Ed played to a combined crowd of 162,208, playing hits from his new album 'x', including songs such as 'Sing' and 'Thinking Out Loud'.
