The entrance of the Museum is fully fitted with accessible doors and ramps. Please press the button located on the right side to activate the automatic opening of the doors.
Our museum is composed of a ground floor and upstairs.
At the request of the visitor, our staff at the Museum front desk will bring you upstairs through a lift. The visitor can then ring the staff, via a doorbell system, when needing to come back onto the ground floor.
The Museum has a fully fitted accessible bathroom on the ground floor and a hoist and changing room are available upon request.
Please note that the exhibitions are all fully wheelchair accessible. Seating is provided throughout the Museum.
Some parts of the exhibition may use videos with sound.
A fully functioning Sensory room is located on the first floor of the Museum, within the Games Area.
This room includes sensory friendly furniture, music and lights. It has a capacity of up to 6 people at a time.
