Find your Zen on the Croke Park Skyline

Exercise highs don’t come much better than stretching out for your morning Yoga class while breathing in 360° panoramic views of Dublin City, the surrounding bay and mountains, and the iconic Croke Park.

Following the success of the sky-high yoga classes, we are excited to announce the return of these limited edition yoga classes on the Croke Park Skyline on Saturday 15th, 22nd and 29th of August and 12th of September at 9am!

With the health of our staff and visitors our priority, the GAA Museum team have worked to ensure a safe and enjoyable day out. Social distancing will be in place and all hygiene and cleaning advice will be strictly followed.

Please follow the new safety signage in place. Play by the rules and stay safe. For more information please read our Covid-19 Visitor Procedures.

At 17 storeys above the city, the Skyline is Croke Park’s rooftop walkway and Dublin’s highest open viewing platform, and now one of Ireland’s highest outdoor yoga experiences. The Skyline has an overhang right over the famous pitch, so it’s definitely one for thrill seekers looking for an alternative Yoga experience.

The classes are with instructor Aisling Conn of Aisling Conn Yoga and Pilates. Aisling has been practicing yoga for 20 years and is a qualified Yoga and Pilates teacher since 2010. Her approach to yoga is inspired by the styles of Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga.

Aisling’s sky-high sessions will be intimate, with no more than 15 participants, and will last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.  They are suitable for all levels and promise to leave you feeling centred and revitalised…although we’re not sure about grounded!

The Croke Park Skyline Yoga classes will cost a reduced price of €20 per session. Mats will not be provided for hygiene purposes so please bring your own.

As there are limited places, you must book in advance via the link below.  So get up off your Asana (seat posture) today and get booking!
