The European Chef’s Cup 2017

The European Chef’s Cup takes place in Croke Park on the 2nd March. Aramark chefs from Ireland, UK, Belgium, Spain, Czech Republic and Germany will prepare, cook and present a three course meal in four hours.  The judging panel for the event includes Michelin star chef Ross Lewis, culinary entrepreneur Hugo Arnold and Head of Stadium Business at Croke Park, Mark Dorman.
 
Press are invited to the Awards evening in the Hogan Suite at 7pm on March 2nd where the night will culminate in a Taste of Ireland Event.  There will be an opportunity to interview chefs and Aramark representatives. The media is also welcome to film and photograph the preparation, cooking and final dishes.
 
The evening will also feature ‘A Taste of Irish Food’ – a three minute film exploring traditional Irish dishes, foods, their origins and popular trends incorporating Irish ingredients.
 
Aramark are the catering partner at Croke Park working across the range of campus offers from the hugely successful Croke Park Meetings & Events product to Premium, Suite & Hospitality events, public concession catering and the Blackthorn Cafe at the GAA Museum.
